I looked for a place to stay in SG when I was still in my country. It was difficult to find anything that suits my lazy lifestyle and length of stay. 😅 While waiting for my work pass to be approved and issued, I chanced upon CP Residences. Perfect! I get to stay in a great location in Orchard Road, just minutes away from the subway station, there were food centers al around the location and a supermarket for the utmost convenience. I get to be pampered with the place cleaned & tidied for me, I didn’t need to share an unsure bill of water, electricity or internet connection like the usual property rental agents said, basically, it’s an all-in, all inclusive price. There were some community events organised but I didn’t want to join in all of them. After 4+ months there, I’d say I would recommend CP Residences to all my friends. I will return to SG in Nov and looking forward to be in CP again!!
Perfect location for travelers who likes to travel by foot. Transportation is very accessible via buses and mrt, what’s more? Foods, entertainment and shopping is just minutes away from the place! Staffs are great and very welcoming. The ambiance is very friendly and comforting, also the place is immaculately clean! Indeed, this place is a home away from home so if you’re looking for something that would remind you of home yet at the same time still wants to feel like a guest, then this place is for you!
Super clean, well equipped, incredibly nice staff and simply just the perfect combination between privacy and community. It’s right in the centre of Singapore in a very busy area but it doesn’t feel that way within the apartment as it is really quiet. It is close to the MRT, a big bus station and a taxi stand. All in all super convenient and simply just an amazing place to stay!!!
The place is very clean, spacious, secured and accessible. Eva or Oday as we call her is very kind and made our Sg trip very comfortable. She will guide you and check on you from the day of your arrival to departure. She will offer the most reasonable price possible for the unit. Highly recommended, both the staff and the place. You will not regret choosing the CP Residences, cant wait to be back!!
