General Info
What are the different types of housing that CP Residences provide?
We have both private and co-living apartments available in Singapore to suit a myriad of lifestyle preferences, depending on if you would like to have flatmates to hang out with, or if you prefer having your own personal space.
What is co-living?
Co-living is growing in popularity nowadays as it brings together a community with similar values or intentions under one roof. It is a form of communal living that has fully furnished shared common areas and private bedrooms. Many people are choosing to stay in a co-living accommodation nowadays as it provides comfort, affordability, convenience, and a sense of belonging in a community.
However, we understand that co-living is not for everyone. Therefore, we do have private apartments too.

CP Residences recognises that the health, safety, and well-being of our tenants and employees are our primary concern. We are always actively keeping an eye on the latest COVID-19 situation and government regulations, and we have made adaptations to the way we work to keep our community safe.
What are the measures taken for apartment viewing?
We provide virtual viewings for all our apartments and strongly encourage that.
For necessary physical viewings, CP Residences abide strictly by government guidelines. Prior to all physical viewings, current tenants will be informed of the viewing. We also respect all our tenant’s safety and privacy, and if a tenant is not comfortable with physical viewings at their apartment, we will conduct only virtual viewings for that apartment.
How are you keeping your apartments clean?
Our apartments undergo a rigorous disinfection and cleaning process before every move-in to provide a comfortable, clean, and safe environment for all our tenants. We have also recently upgraded both our team and equipment to meet your needs. You may read more about it here.
Other than our apartments, our housekeeping team takes a self-administered ART test kit weekly and their temperature twice a day to ensure that they are working in tip-top condition. Masks are worn at all times when they are in the apartments. They will not be allowed to work if they have a Medical Certificate, or have been in contact with a confirmed case, even if no symptoms are present.
Community Events
As a company that encourages community bonding, we hold many events for our tenants to feel a sense of belonging within a community.
We hope to see you soon at one of our events!
