TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR CP RESIDENCES COMMUNITY COMPETITION VIA SOCIAL MEDIA (INSTAGRAM)

1. METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter this competition, entrants must follow the instructions provided in the competition announcement on CP Residences Instagram account. Entry is limited to current tenants of CP Residences only. This competition is organised by CP Residences Private Limited.
2. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION: The competition duration is from 4th October 2021 to 31st October 2021.
3. NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES: The winner of the competition will receive a $100 rent rebate in November 2021.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is limited to current residents of CP Residences only. All participants must be 18 years of age or over to enter. Employees of CP Residences, their immediate families and companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
5. JUDGING: The winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the competition period. All submissions will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the brief, subject to the discretion of CP Residences.
6. METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF COMPETITION: Competition winner will be notified directly upon selection, and announced via social media (Instagram).
7. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and not exchangeable, and must be used on the dates specified by the CP Residences. CP Residences will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.
8. PUBLICITY MATERIALS: By entering into this competition, all entrants acknowledge and accept that CP Residences has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, submissions, characters, likeness and voice of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. Entrants may be required by CP Residences to participate in any photo, recording, video and/or film session(s) (the “publicity materials”) and acknowledge and accept that CP Residences has the right to use such publicity materials in any medium (including the internet and the CP Residences social media platforms) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit unless that person advises CP Residences at the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity. By entering this competition, the entrant warrants that the submission (and any part thereof) is their own original work, or that they have the requisite permissions necessary from the owner of the material to reproduce and distribute the work and gives permission for CP Residences to publish this content through any medium, including any of the CP Residences social media platforms.
9. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify CP Residences against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
10. NO CORRESPONDENCE: All decisions and actions of CP Residences relating to the competition and/or redemption of the prizes are exercised at its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
11. LATE ENTRIES: CP Residences accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly submitted, incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction of any communications network.
